This website sells footstools, and all orders are shipped from our US warehouse. Due to ongoing losses, we are currently clearing out inventory at a loss, but we remain committed to providing stable and efficient logistics services.

I. Shipping Scope

All items are shipped only within the US; international shipping is not currently supported.

II. Order Processing Time

All orders will be processed on the same day and shipped out as quickly as possible.

III. Shipping Time

Standard shipping time is 2 days (actual arrival time may vary slightly depending on the logistics company or region).

IV. Return Policy

Customers can apply for returns within 30 days of receiving the goods, provided the goods are in good condition and meet the return conditions.

V. Refund Policy

After the return is approved, the refund will be returned to the original payment method within 3 business days.
